Document Description
AVEK is in need of additional water supplies due to the extreme dry hydrologic conditions within their service area. LCID has water available for transfer from their 2013 SWP Art. 56(c) waterr supply. The transfer water delivered to AVEK and the return water delivered to LCID will utilize the SWP, AVEK and LCID existing facilities.
