Document Description
The Agreeement among DWR, DRWD and KCWA (SWPAO #09040), dated November 3, 2009, provides for the return delivery of a portion of DRWD's non-project water supplies under the KWB groundwater banking program to DRWD from 2009 through December 31, 2013. This Amendment (SWPAO #09040-A) extends the term for the return delivery of a portion of DRWD's stored non-project water in the KWB program to DRWD to December 31, 2020.
