Document Description
The project includes the purchase of Blocks 33/34 in MIssion Bay, San Francisco together with associated development entitlements. Blocks 33/34 represent about twenty percent of the remaining entitled but undeveloped sites adjacent to the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Mission Bay campus and Blocks 33/34 are among the best located of those undeveloped sites. The acquisition includes a total of approximately 3.42 acres of vacant land with an allocation of 500,000 gsf of development entitlement. No specific uses for Blocks 33/34 are proposed at this time.
