- Restore & enhance sensitive vernal pool & uplands habitat and associated sensitive species at Proctor Valley ORV Site B. Degraded vernal pool basins will be repaired, re-contoured or expanded as appropriate, new basins will be created in degraded areas, and vernal pools, coastal sage scrub and native grassland habitat will be weeded, seeded and planted. Stewardship measures such as fencing and signing will benifit many MSCP covered species.
