Second readoption of regulation definition of suction dredging found in 14CCR Secion 228(a), as previously amended effective June 28, 2013 and first readopted effective December 26, 2013. A second readoption, if approved by the Office of Administrative Law, will extend the effective date of the definition for 90 days.
