Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of a removable stainless steel low-flow v-notch weir and pressure transducers to measure stream flow in the preexisting concrete culvert crossing located on Laguna Creek at Smith Grade Road. The primary objective of the low-flow weir is to increase accuracy of flow measurement. No vegetation will be removed during any project-related activities. Only hand-held tools will be used while installing the weir, and all vehicles used for transportation to the project site will be limited to existing hard surface roads. SAA #1600-2012-0216-R3.
