- The California Department of Public Health (Department) is a responsible agency for this project. The Department's Safe Drinking Water Proposiion 84 Program is providing state funds for the project. The proposed project includes using Proposition 84 Emergency funds to pay for hauled water to fill a water source need at the Nicasio Shool. On October 17th, 2013, it was brought to the attention of the CDPH Mendocino District Office that the Nicasio School's well had run dry. The interim solution is to haul water to the school.
