Document Description
Complete maintenance brushing of the approximately fourteen miles of paved trail around Lake Natoma and up to Beals Point along Folsom Lake, all within Folsom Lake State Recreational Area. No mature native trees will be removed. Nesting bird surveys will be conducted to avoid impacts to nesting birds. Brush and limbs will be cleared along the paved bike path and shoulders to re-establish the trail clearance, two to four feet beyond the outside edge of each trail shoulder. Brushing will be completed to State Parks standards, including pruning standards. Cut vegetation will be chipped and broadcast or cut and scattered away from the trail.
