Document Description
The PCWA Board of Directors declared a water shortage emergency due to the current servere drought conditions on February 6, 2014. Therefore implementation of restricted water allocation to Zone 5 is necessary to meet human health, sanitation and safety requirements and distribute supplies equitably consistent with the most recent water supply projects. PCWA will implement restrictions in accordance with its Water Shortage Contingency Plan .
