ADA Restroom and Lift Station Improvements
NOE - Notice of Exemption
Replace two restroom buildings, improve camp host site, improve parking, replace three overflow tanks and expand the water treatment building at Emerald Bay State Park Eagle Point campground to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and meet requirements in the "Califronia State Parks Accessibility Guidelines".
Minor alteration of existing public structures and facilities involving negligible expansion of use beyond current levels included as "modification of exisitng facilities for disabled handicap access" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities in accordance with CCR section 15300.4, the construction and location of limited numbers of new facilities, the minor alteration in the condition of land and vegetation that does not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees and the construction of minor structures accesory to exisitng institutional facilities.
