The trench will be backfilled with native material and the stream bed, bank and channel recontoured to the preexisting condition. At Drainage Crossing #2 (see Exhibit A. Domestic Waste Septic Plans, prepared by Atterbury and Associates, Inc., dated November 11, 2013, sheet 6) a gravel crossing will be constructed across the stream channel in order to facilitate equipment access to the opposite bank during construction. The work pad shall be removed upon project completion. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0451-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
