- Note: Review per lead The BIA, Pacific Region is proposing to reconstruct and improve a section of Windy Point Road (BIA Route 157) within the Montgomery Creek Rancheria of the Pit River Tribe of CA. The section that would be reconstructed and improved is the first approximately 3,975 linear feet (0.75 mile) of the road, beginning at its intersection with State Route 299, near the western end of Rancheria.
