- Note: Extended Review The project consists of a Specific Plan for 7,212 acres; the Specific Plan area consists of the East and West Parcels. The West Parcel is adjacent to the Northstar Resort, west of SR 267. The East Parcel is located east of SR 267; 670 acres of which are currently zoned residential and commercial. The project would shift 760 units and 6.6 acres of commercial from the East Parcel to 662 acres of the West Parcel. The remaining 390 acres on the West Parcel would remain designated Forest. The 670 acres of the East Parcel currently zoned for development would be redesignated Forest and no development would occur on the East Parcel.
