The project will be developed in accordance with the RL (Low Density Residential) zoning district standards allowing a minimum lot size of 5,000 sf and a residential density ranging between three (3) and seven (7) dwelling units per acre. The overall density of the project is seven (7) dwelling units per acre. The project is consistent with the property's Low Density Residential (LDR) General Plan Land Use Designation and the North Turlock Master Plan.
