Document Description
The applicant requests approval of a rezoning of two adjacent parcels totaling a combined 1.51 acres to a new Planned District and a Tentative Tract Map to create a 25-unit townhouse development subdivision. The two properties, 38861 and 38873 Mission Boulevard, both contain existing single-family dwellings and several outbuildings, all of which are proposed for removal. A total of six buildings are proposed, with three separate common open space areas dispersed throughout the development. The proposed development would be accessed via a new "U"-shaped private street leading from Mission Boulevard into the property, with all driveways for the townhomes located directly off the proposed private street.
