Document Description
The proposed project would demolish the existing structures and hardscape and construct seven residential buildings with 33 multi-family townhome units on .64 acres (19.4 dwelling units per acre), 0.46 acres for private roadway circulation, and 0.64 acres for pathways and landscaping (see Figure 3 and 4, Site Plan and Illustrative Site Plan). The 33 units would consist of approximately 1,450 to 1,880 sf and all would be 3-bedroom units. The sf of the project would total 56,680 sf. All units would have 2 car garages in side-by-side configurations. Each unit would also have a private outdoor space (approximately 75 sf to 100 sf). The buildings would consist of 3-story Spanish style architecture of four to seven units each.
