Document Description
The proposed project would entail construction of an 3,124 sf two story primary building housing a ground-floor restaurant and office space with an open floor plan on the second floor. A separate one-story building would be developed on the southwestern corner of the site to provide ~402 sf of retail space. An outdoor garden terrace enclosed by fences would provide al fresco dining during temperate weather. Development of the project would require demolition of the existing structures on the site. The EIR will evaluate one or more alternatives entailing the relocation of the main residence to a site within Saratoga. Consistent with the City's Municipal Code pertaining to parking allocations in CH districts, the project would not provide any off-street parking.
