Document Description
The Project would update the Housing Element of the Town of Mammoth Lakes. The ordinance would supersede Municipal Code Chapter 17.136 (Housing) and amend Chapter 17.148 (Definitions). The project includes an amendment to the Housing Element of the General Plan so that the Housing Ordinance and Housing Element are consistent. An Addendum to the Negative Declaration adopted for the Housing Element Update 2014-2019 was prepared for this project in compliance with CEQA.
