- Request for approval of a General Plan Amendment, Rezoning, Major Subdivision, and Final Development Plan for the Saranap Village Mixed Use Project in Contra Costa County. The project analyzed in the eptember 2014 draft EIR calls for 235 multi-family units, approximately 44,000 sf of commercial space, and major right of way improvements. The County is recirculation portions of the DEIR to address public comments on the Aesthetics analysis; analyze a new Mitigated Plan Alternative that includes 196 multi-family units, approx. 22,000 sf of commercial space, and slight changes to proposed ROW improvements; and analyzes a reclassification of Blvd Way from arterial to collector.
