Document Description
Complex Grading Permit to construct a driveway and roadway including installation of three stream crossings. The stream crossings will utilize culverts with fill added on top. The parcel is approximately 108 acres in size and is located in a rural environment accessible from Ogulin Canyon Road. The proposed roadway will extend the road/driveway construction work that was completed over the past two years. Cuts will not exceed ten feet in height, fills will not exceed eight feet in height, the maximum slope of the cuts will be no steeper than two units horizontal in one unit vertical and the maximum proposed gradient is 16 percent. Applicant has proposed to utilize Best Management Practices (BMP's) to prevent erosion including reseeding, placement of straw on disturbed areas, and installation of straw waddles at the toe of disturbed slopes.
