Document Description
The proposed project would consist of the construction of an 8,100 sf concrete skateboard park and associate infrastructure, including a light and security camera pole. A utility trench would be required to connect to existing lines along Pinole Valley Road for the proposed light and security camera. The skateboard park would include a variety of obstacles including, but not limited to, a mini ramp, ledges, stairs, and rails. In addition, a connection sidewalk would be located along the eastern boundary of the proposed skateboard park (i.e., along the western boundary of the existing soccer field).
