Note: Revised and Recirculated The project includes General Plan Amendments, a Rezone, and a Vesting Tentative Map for the development of 100 single family residential units on 25.9 acres at the intersection of Center Avenue and Vine Hill Way. The project requires a tree removal permit to remove 47 trees. The project would change the land use designation from OS to R 0-6, and rezone from M-OS/RF to R-7.0. The project contemplates lot sizes that range from 5,700-14,000 sf with an average of 7,100 sf (site density is 1 DU/11,282 sf). The project includes General Plan text amendments to four policies, two within the General Plan Land Use Element, and two within the Hidden Lakes Specific Area Plan.
