Project 2: Zone Change RZ13-004 to rezone a 37.8 acre project site from A-1 to RE-2, O and O-1 under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code; and Tentative Parcel map T13-016 to subdivide the 37.8 acre site into four parcels ranging in size from 5 acres to 31.9 acres.
