Document Description
Zone Change RZ13-003 to rezone a 68.6 acre project site from A-1 (General Agricultural) to RE-2 (Residential Estate, Two Acre Minimum), RE-5 (Residential Estate, Five Acre Minimum), O and O-1 under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code; and Tentative Parcel Map T13-015 to subdivide the 68.6 acre site into four parcels ranging in size from 13.2 acres to 15.8 acres. Project 2: Zone Change RZ13-004 to rezone a 37.8 acre project site from A-1 to RE-2, O and O-1 under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code; and Tentative Parcel map T13-016 to subdivide the 37.8 acre site into four parcels ranging in size from 5 acres to 31.9 acres.
