Document Description
The project includes a lot line adjustment between four underlying lots totaling approximately 20.15 acres to result in two lots: proposed "Parcel 1" (approximately 11.43 acres), and proposed "Parcel 2" (approximately 8.74 acres); demolition of a barn, four sheds, a pool, a pool cabana, and installation of landscaping and landscape features on proposed "Parcel 1"; and retention of an existing tennis court on proposed "Parcel 1", and a historic residence (the Davies Estate) on proposed "Parcel 2". Proposed access to "Parcel 1" is via the existing Moore Road driveway, and proposed access to "Parcel 2" is via the existing Lakeview Drive driveway. The site is currently unoccupied and was last used as one residential property.
