Document Description
The Tehama-Colusa Canal Authority (TCCA) and its Member Units will experience serves water shortages in 2014 and are soliciting willing sellers to transfer water. A number of entities have expressed interest in transferring water to the Member Units of the TCCA. The project includes transfers of Central Valley Project (CVP) water or transfers that require the use of SVP facilities. The water would be made available for transfer through cropland idling/crop shifting and groundwater substitution.
