Architectural Review to allow demolition of existing industrial buildings located at 3032 Coronado Drive to construct a new 201,350 sf three-story data center. The project includes the vacation of 850 linear foot segment of Coronado Drive between Central Expressway and Stender Way. Tentative Parcel Map to allow the development of the new data center building and make the vacated portion of Coronado Drive an internal roadway for the project site and adjacent properties, and adoption of a MND.
