Document Description
A request for approval of a land use permit to establish a new wireless telecommunication facility disguised as an 85-foot monoeucalyptus (faux tree). The facility will be located on a 40' x 40' lease area located on the southwest corner of the property identified as 5993 Bethel Island Road. The facility will include nine panel antennas and 12 remote radio units (RRUs) mounted within the faux eucalyptus tree. The project will also include installation of a 22' x 28' steel raised platform that will hold an 11'-6" x 16' pre-fabricated equipment shelter and a backup diesel generator.
