The proposed project includes a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation of the 1-acre parcel from General Commercial to Commercial Mixed use and the 9.21-acre parcel from Medium Density Residential to Low Density Residential and a portion to CMU. The proposed project includes a Rezone of the 1-acre parcel from GC to CMU and the 9.21-acre parcel from Limited Multi-Family Residential with a portion being modified to Single Family Residential and a portion to CMU. The proposed project would subdivide the project site into 117 single-family residential lots, 60,000 sf of commercial space, and a 3.0-acre park.
