Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0386-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Community Development Department, City of Brentwood. The Project is limited to the removal of an existing 54 inch diameter storm water outfall on the south embankment of Marsh Creek and replacement with an 84 inch diameter outfall. The existing outfall will be removed using and excavator and the new outfall will be backfilled with native soil and protected with 55 cubic yards of rip-rap, 22 of the cubic yards will be in the channel bed, installed slightly recessed from the natural streambed to allow natural sediment to cover the armoring structure. Two temporary coffer dams will be installed 10 feet wide by 5 feet long and 22 feet wide by 5 feet long. All work will be conducted operating equipment from beyond the top of bank.
