- Caltrans proposes to make traffic signal and ADA improvements at the corner of SR 20 at Plumas Street in the City of Yuba City in Sutter County. The scope of work includes; replacing the signal poles with larger mast arms to allow for additional signal heads, relocate and replace electrical cabinets/pull boxes, replace a drainage inlet and upgrade existing curb ramps to current ADA standards.
