Document Description
The project consists of Coastal Permit and Administrative Use Permit to construct a single-family residence, an accessory dwelling unit (ADU), two accessory structures (workshop and pool house) within a 7-acre development envelop on a 50-acre parcel. Site improvements include: access road improvements, installation of water storage tanks for fire protection, development of an onsite well for landscaping, and installation of a septic system for wastewater disposal. The proposal also includes a request for a variance/exception to slope regulations pursuant to Municipal Code section 24.14.040 in order to construct a portion of the driveway across slopes that exceed 30%. Other City approvals include a Watercourse Development Permit as part of the driveway is within the management area of Moore Creek Reach.
