Document Description
The project consists of an Administrative Use Permit and Coastal Permit to construct a single-family dwelling (greater than 3,000 feet), an accessory dwelling, accessory horse barn structures and a dressage ring; and an Administrative Use Permit to keep six horses on the property pursuant to Municipal Code section 24.12.640. The proposal also includes a request for a Slope Modification Permit pursuant to Municipal Code section 24.08.810 in order to construct the driveway across slopes that exceed 30% (approximately 40%) and a Heritage Tree Permit to remove two heritage trees.
