Note: Addendum All elements of the revised Project would remain the same as identified in the adopted MND, except for (1) for alignment of a few segments of the water transmission pipelines within the City as shown on Figure 2-1, and (2) the location of construction laydown and staging areas, which were not previously identified but which are consistent with the criteria for staging areas in the adopted MND. The construction schedule has change slightly. Project operations and all other project elements would be the same as described in the adopted MND.
