Document Description
A request to construct 48-town home units on a 5.35-acres site. The project is a market rate housing project that required the following entitlements: General Plan Amendment No. 13-04, East Hills Master Plan Revision No. 13, Zone Change No. 13-04, Precise Plan No. 13-04, Tentative Tract Map No. 72579 and Tree Removal Permit No. 13-09. CDFW has jurisdiction over a streambed that runs through the project. The CDFW issued a letter to the applicant dated June 9, 2014 that indicates that the project can be completed without an agreement (Notification of Streambed Alteration No. 1600-2014-0033-R5.
