North Perris Water System Pipeline Project - Proposal for: 1) Water Extraction: An application (Application 31799) for a water appropriation permit to the State Water Resources Control Board to extract up to an additional 863 acre-feet per year from four existing wells servicing the North Perris Water System; 2) Water Pipeline: Installation of approximately 4.6 miles of new underground pipeline to connect existing NPWS facilities with existing City facilities in the Downtown Water System ; and 3) Water Mixing: Mixing of water from two different sources: NPWS (formerly named McCanna Ranch Water Company) water and Downtown Water System water.
