Document Description
The project for purposes of CEQA review consists of two components: a photovoltaic solar power generation facility with related improvements including a switching station, 9 inverter units, a battery energy storage system, and an eight-foot-tall chain-link fence on portions of a 156.79-acre parcel and a 160.00-acre parcel that is the subject of Unclassified Conditional Use Permit (CUP) No. 3383; and expansion of an existing 70 kilovolt substation and installation of a 70 kV double-circuit power line that will be constructed under CPUC jurisdiction. The photovoltaic solar power generation facility that was authorized by CUP No. 3383.
