Document Description
Allow a photovoltaic solar power generation facility with related improvements including a switching station, 9 inverter units, a battery energy storage system, and an eight-foot tall chain-link fence on portions of a 156.79-acre parcel and a 160.00-acre parcel in the AE-20 Zone District. The proposed facility will connect to an existing PG&E substation which abuts the southwest corner of the subject 156.79-acre parcel. The project site is located on the north side of Mountain View Avenue, between the Stanislaus Avenue alignment and the Oil City Road alignment, approximately eight miles southwest of the nearest city limits of the City of San Joaquin (Sup. Dist.: 1) (APN: 038-080-115; 038-080-31S).
