Document Description
The proposed project consists of the installation of welded steel liners in portions of P3, P4, and P5. The P3 relining is proposed for a length of approximately 475 feet, while the project proposes relining longer lengths of P4 and P5, at approximately 3,400 feet each. The relining would be performed underground, within the existing pipelines, but worker and equipment access to the interior of the pipelines requires excavation to establish access portals that are grouped at two locations along the alignment. Other above-ground activities would include worker and equipment access at existing manhole stations and blow-off valve stations along the project alignment, equipment storage, and activity at specified staging areas.
