The Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC) is proposing to approve an Implementation Work Plan (IWP) pursuant to regulatory authority granted under Chapter 6.5, Division 20, California Health and Safety Code (H&SC) on the Georgia Pacific Montebello Site (Site) located at 760 South Vail Avenue, Montebello, California (Appendix A, Figure 1). The IWP will address Volaitale Organic Compounds (VOCs) in shallow soil at the Site.
