Document Description
The Palm Springs USD is proposing a series of renovations and upgrades within the existing 20,500 sf auditorium. Due to its age and over 50 years of use, the auditorium requires substantial efforts to resolve inadequate storage, restroom space, small dressing rooms, acoustics, poor plumbing, electric and HVAC systems, other performance technology, as well as repair or the replacement of damaged interior and exterior features and structural (seismic) integrity concerns. Improvements would include: (1) the expansion of the rear section; (2) building renovations; and (3) landscape improvements and a reconfigured parking lot.
