Document Description
Replacement of the existing "dip crossing" entry road to Crown Valley Community Park with a new arched culvert crossing that would not flood during storm events. Removal of the dip crossing would create the opportunity for channel improvements. The project would also include a pervious pavement parking lot with approximately 48 parking spaces at the right side of the main park entry road adjacent to the softball/baseball field with a right-out driveway from the parking area leading to Crown Valley Parkway. In addition, the proposed project would include a pervious pavement parking lot with approximately 29 parking spaces at the left side of the secondary maintenance road leading to Crown Valley Parkway, adjacent to the commercial center, along with proposed stairs leading to the upper soccer field.
