Document Description
Replacement of the existing "dip crossing" entry road to Crown Valley Community Park with a new arched culvert crossing that would not flood during storm events. Removal of the dip crossing would create the opportunity for channel improvements (J03P01) yielding significant improvement in water quality, superior habitat connectivity, and enhancement of the recreational experience. There would be a previous pavement parking lot with approximately 48 parking spaces at the right side of the main park entry road with a right-out driveway leading to Crown Valley Parkway and approximately 29 parking spaces at the left side of the secondary maintenance road leading to Crown Valley Parkway.
