Document Description
The proposed Project consists of the construction and maintenance of approximately 2,500 linear feet of 90-inch reinforced concrete pipe underground storm drain and associated catch basins, access manholes, street repaving, and grading of approximately 2 acres. Once constructed, the proposed Project would provide 10-year flood protection to the adjacent area and would substantially improve drainage along the Project reach for the majority of storm events. Additionally, when paired with future master planned improvements upstream, the proposed storm drain improvements would provide 100-year flood protection to adjacent properties and public rights-of-way.
