The District proposes to perform improvements to the campus including the construction of new athletic facilities, and the renovation of existing athletic facilities on the 37-acre property. The improvements would include the construction of a new stadium complex, upgrades to the existing aquatic center, and reconfiguration of the baseball, softball, and soccer fields. The District anticipates that construction would last approximately 1 year with construction starting in December 2014, and ending in December 2015, based on the required approval from the Department of the State Architect.
