Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0109-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, EHOF Laurel Creek, LLC. The project will construct a new condominium community. The stream through the center of the property will be impacted to establish building pads, roads, parking areas, retaining walls, and a pedestrian bridge. Portions of the stream will be graded and filled, impacting 0.44 acre of the stream. A 12-foot wide access road will be constructed along the eastern edge of stream at the base of the proposed retaining wall. Stream areas avoided by the project will be restored through the removal on non-native vegetation and the establishment of native vegetation.
