The subject property consists of five parcels of land, encompassing ~56.79 acres more or less. The parcels are contiguous to current trust lands of the Berry Creek Rancheria. The purpose of the proposed action is to help address the Tribe's need for additional Tribal Housing, as well as for cultural and social preservation, expression and identity, and self-determination.
