Document Description
The proposed project is a tidelands use and occupancy permit (TUOP) to a San Diego County Regional Airport Authority (tenant) for their use of approximately 81,779 square feet of land area located on the east side of Harbor Island Drive near North Harbor Drive in the City of San Diego. The land area is comprised of 60,821 square feet of joint use land area. The area proposed for use under this TUOP will be used only and exclusively for the purpose of temporary parking of taxicabs, shuttle vans, and buses waiting to serve incoming passengers at San Diego International Airport (SDIA) and for no other purposes whatsoever. The tenant will be responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations associated with the activiites on or in connection with the above-described premises, and in all uses thereof, including those regulating stormwater.
