Reasons for Exemption
The project is limited to installation of a 42 inch x 60' long corrugated metal culvert to aid in the installation of a driveway and building pad. Currently, 2 30-inch culverts are in place, but they are not long enough and one is not set at the proper grade. Routine maintenance to keep the culvert clear of debris and allow full passage of water is also covered for the term of the Agreement. There will be no removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees as a result of this project. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
