Reasons for Exemption
The proposed activities will remedy the loss of habitat for bats that was not included in the Ord Ferry Road Bridge Seismic Retrofit Project. Due to the nature of the proposed activities, no additional environmental commitments will be required in order to implement this Environmental Enhancement and Mitigation Project. The proposed activities will not have a negative effect on the environment, species or human activities.
