Document Description
Metropolitan proposes to retrofit two aboveground gasoline storage tanks (ASTs) at the Robert B. Diemer Water Treatment Plant (6,000-gallon tank) and Diamond Valley Lake (2,000-gallon tank) with an enhanced vapor recovery (EVR) system to comply with air quality regulations. The project involves installation of an emergency vent, spill container and drain valve, drop tube with overfill prevention, vapor adaptors and dust caps, product coupler, and port for tank gauging with drop tube and caps/adaptors on each AST.
